Using this site

horrorgames.in provides Nightfall House, a free browser game, along with editorial content about it. You may play it, link to it, and stream or record yourself playing it. You may not scrape the site at scale, resell access to it, reverse-engineer it to remove attribution, or use it to host or distribute anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

Nightfall House — its name, characters (including the Keeper), art, audio, code, and lore — is original work owned by the site's creators. It is not affiliated with, derived from, or endorsed by any other horror game or studio.

No warranty

The site and game are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, freedom from bugs, or that your flashlight will always behave. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or game.

Age appropriateness

Nightfall House contains mild horror themes: suspense, a pursuing character, darkness, and startling sounds. It contains no graphic gore or violence beyond being caught. We recommend it for players aged 13 and older, and suggest that younger players check with a parent or guardian first. Headphones intensify everything, including the recommendation.
